How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up at our on-site pay stations or online anytime through our customer portal. It’s quick, easy, and takes less than a minute!
Can I really wash my car every day?
Yes! With a membership, you can wash your car once a day, every day. It’s the best way to keep your car consistently clean—rain or shine.
What happens if I get a new license plate or vehicle?
No problem! You can update your plate info instantly through our Manage Membership Portal or ask a team member to assist you in person.
Is recycled water safe for my car?
Absolutely. We use a Velocity/PurClean/PurWater system that purifies and recycles over 70% of the water used—delivering a crystal-clear rinse that’s safe for all paint types and finishes.
Are the vacuums really free?
Yes! Every wash includes access to our powerful free self-serve vacuums so you can keep your interior as spotless as your exterior.
What types of vehicles can go through the wash?
Most cars, trucks, and SUVs are welcome—just keep in mind:
- Max height: 7’2″
- Ground clearance: Minimum 4.5 inches
- Tire width: No more than 13.5 inches
- No rear-mounted bike racks
Can I wash my open bed pick-up truck here?
Yes, we just require that all beds are clear of any debris before coming through the tunnel as damage can be caused to either vehicles or our car wash equipment. This will be at the discretion of the manager on duty.
Do you offer interior detailing?
Nope—we’re express-only. But we offer free vacuums, mat cleaning, and cleaning supplies on-site for your convenience.
What materials touch my vehicle in the wash?
We use soft, closed-cell foam (Neo-Glide)—a gentle, non-absorbent material that lifts dirt without scratching or trapping debris.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. You can cancel online or in person. Just make sure to submit your cancellation at least 3 days before your next billing date.
Do you close for bad weather?
Why is my car still wet after the dry cycle?
Our high-powered dryers remove most moisture, but a few drops may remain. Not to worry—we use a spot-free rinse, so any remaining water dries without leaving marks.
Is it safe for electric vehicles?
Yes! Our express wash is fully EV-friendly.
